1. How does sleep effect your learning?

Sleep could effect our learning in a positive way and a negative way the positive way is that sleep helps learn even more because all the information we learn during the day isn't in your brain yet if you don't sleep enough scientist believe that we have to sleep for at least 9:15 hours so that all the thing we learned during the day will be stored in your brain, the negative way is that we wont be able to have all the information learned during the day into our brain, also the next day we would be sleepy without energy to learn.

2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?
I get like 10 hours of sleep which I think it is enough and I don't feel tired in the morning I just wake up earlier every morning.

3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?
I guess I already knew about this, so I been considering it and trying to follow it.
